MEMBERSHIPS
All Memberships operate on either a 7-day or 14-day autopay schedule from the credit card or bank details stored in Momence (a secure system). Payment will continue unless notified (see Termination Policy below).
Initial Commitment & Membership Cancellations: Upon sign-up, all members are committed to an initial 6-week period. Following this, 2 weeks' written notice is required for all membership terminations by emailing hello@studiopace.com.au.
Membership Suspensions: A maximum of 5 weeks' holds per year with a minimum of 1 week hold policy for our x2 & x3 p/w memberships.
If you wish to cancel at any time after the initial 6-week period, new membership prices will apply upon re-enrolment.
Memberships may be subject to price increases but will be communicated in writing 4 weeks prior to any change.
We require 7 business days' written notice for membership suspensions via email or your app inbox. This ensures that the correct measures are put in place to cease credit card payments that are scheduled for the given period.
Special considerations may be granted for medical reasons or relocation, with supporting documentation. Please contact us directly to discuss your options.
Our cancellation policy is 4 hours. All late cancellations and no-shows will be charged automatically. No-shows incur a $15 fee and late cancellations incur a $5 fee. Please refer to the policy for your membership below.
It is your responsibility to update your payment details with us and ensure the contracted amount is available to be debited on the designated day of your periodic payment. Failed payments may attract fees from a third-party processor. Failed payment notifications must be addressed as soon as possible.
Studio Pace may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive, or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members. We take this very seriously and ask that you please report any incidents to hello@studiopace.com.au or speak with Gyan personally.
Intro packs, Single classes, Class packs & private session packs
All introduction offers are only available to new clients. You can only purchase the introductory offer once. The introductory offer is non-refundable and non-transferable. Activation is from the date of your first class booking.
Session packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Session packs cannot be extended beyond their expiry date.
Our cancellation policy is 4 hours; late cancellation and no-show will forfeit your class.
Private sessions must be paid in advance and are non-transferable and non-refundable. A minimum of 4 hours' notice is required to cancel a private session or forfeit your payment.
