Our Classes
At Studio Pace, we are committed to providing high quality classes offering two distinct styles of Reformer Pilates, each characterized by a perfect blend of traditional & contemporary Pilates methods.
These styles are distinctly outlined to highlight their unique benefits, ensuring a well-rounded & balanced experience across your weekly schedule.
If you are new to Pilates, our FLOW Pace or 1:1 private classes are a great place to start. Check out our community guidelines for more details on your first class with us or any special considerations regarding your body.
Capacity: 12 Reformer Beds.
FLOW Pace
Move at your own pace. A class that adheres to the core principals of Pilates such as control, precision, concentration and flow, fusing into a fun & full body workout. We set the tone from the moment you enter the studio with electric music and mindful breathwork, enabling you to feel centered, aligned and free of any tension you may be holding onto. A vibrant & powerful journey adaptable for all levels and considerate of individual’s needs.
Appropriate for all levels and considerate of any injuries.
Pre/post-natal friendly with permission from your doctor.
POWER Pace
A dynamic reformer Pilates class designed for those looking for an extra kick of spice in their life.
This high energy class combines contemporary Pilates by utilizing unique props, like our jump-boards & weighted poles, both on and off the reformer. Elevate your heart rate with interval style training, layered exercises, extra spring resistance and strength-based exercises designed to leave you feeling invigorated and stronger than ever.
**All levels welcome, although we recommend our ‘flow pace’ is better suited for our first timers or anyone suffering from a current injury.

PREGNANCY
PRE-NATAL
Any stage of Pregnancy must be communicated to your teacher. If your pregnancy is uncomplicated and you feel good and well enough to exercise, you’re welcome to join any of our classes throughout your pregnancy. Our highly skilled teachers fully understand the guidelines around exercise during pregnancy. We have bolsters & pregnancy wedges to support you during class if you need and can always offer options and alternatives to accommodate your needs.
POST-NATAL
Generally, most women will be ready to start post-natal Pilates 6 weeks after giving birth, although this can vary for everyone depending on the type of birth and your exercise history prior and during your pregnancy.
Please inform your instructor of your history and be sure to get permission from your doctor when you are ready to get started.

Please notify your teacher of any injuries or if you are pregnant prior to attending class and make sure you’ve been given the all clear from your doctor.
Let them know how you’re feeling on the day and if any doctors or specialists have given you specific advice.
We respect your privacy.
