  • Gyan

    Studio owner, director & Clinical Pilates Teacher

    Gyan has always had a strong passion for movement, music & the body. Dancing from a young age at various dance schools such as Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance with a love for Ballet & commercial dance.

    During her studies, Gyan was in a bad car accident which led her towards a new career in Pilates. Due to the positive & life changing impact it had on her, this is what grew her desire & passion to help inspire others, whether it be an injury or those just looking to feel good & re-gain strength.

    With over 9 years in the Pilates industry, plus a certificate in yoga, you can expect the whole package in Gyan’s classes. From strong attention to detail, high vibes & playlists to keep you fully immersed in the experience.

  • Nicci

    Clinical Pilates Instructor

    Pilates found Nicci through the world of dance at an early age while she was studying ballet full time. Through her professional dance career, it kept her in condition and helped her rehabilitate from injuries. After returning home from overseas in 2003 Nicci felt it was the right time to become fully qualified & share her love of Pilates. Some may call her the ‘smiling assassin’.

    Nicci looks forward to meeting you in class.. oh, and get ready for some spontaneous dance moves to retro tracks!

  • Grace

    Clinical Pilates Instructor & Physiotherapist

    Grace’s teaching style has a strong focus on technique, control and the mind body connection but is always accompanied by lots of giggles and silly sayings! She loves to encourage her students to learn about their movement to build a stronger and more mindful practice. A class with Grace will challenge you in all the right ways, so you feel longer, stronger and happier when you finish!

    Grace is also a fully qualified physiotherapist, so you can expect strong attention to detail and corrections.

  • Taylor

    Pilates & Barre Teacher

    Taylor has a strong dance background in Musical Theatre, Jazz, Contemporary & Ballet & has further danced with companies such as Brent Street, Village PA & The Victorian College of the Arts.

    Her love for Pilates grew as her dance career suddenly stopped due to multiple injuries. It was this, she was introduced to the world of Pilates and has been hooked ever since.

    Taylor also holds a Bachelor of Biomedical Science & is currently in her final year of Naturopathy.

    Taylor’s classes are fun dynamic & high energy, accompanied by a killer playlist!

  • Charlotte

    Pilates Instructor

    Charlotte fell in love with Pilates after completing her bachelor’s degree in fine arts in Dance. Having danced her entire life, Pilates became her go-to method for managing injuries and practicing safely. It helped her slow down, connect with her breath, and complement her daily routine.

    Charlotte loves putting you through your paces without it feeling like a typical workout. She’ll keep you smiling with her cute giggle and warm energy, all while reminding you to breathe throughout each session and leaving you with that signature "spicy" feeling the next day!

  • Tallis

    Pilates Instructor

    Tallis began her Pilates journey after injuring her back at age 18, whilst cheerleading. She fell in love with the modality of it and how it challenged her physically & mentally.

    In her classes you can expect to have fun whilst incorporating an element of mindfulness & breathwork. She will help to fire up those muscles you never knew you had & challenge the body in new ways & promises to bring the energy and a big ol’ smile to match!

    Pilates Instructor

    Elin discovered Pilates after a knee injury and immediately fell in love with the practice at a small boutique studio. Since then, she has not found a better form of exercise. For Elin, Pilates is the ultimate superpower of controlled movement, where the mind and body unite. She enjoys the fun and creative aspects of the practice, as well as the way it enhances strength and overall well-being, enabling her to navigate life with a deeper awareness of her body and mind.

    In Elin’s classes, you can expect a spicy burn, progressive layers, and plenty of pulses, all designed to leave you with a happy smile at the end!

  • Ruby

    Pilates Instructor

    Ruby’s love for Pilates is rooted in her strong background in fitness and team sports, having been actively involved from a young age. She continues to play football (AFL) and brings that same energy and dedication to her Pilates practice. A certified personal trainer for two years, Ruby recently added Pilates certification to her skill set. She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and grow into the best versions of themselves. In Ruby’s classes, you can expect dynamic layers, creative use of props, and plenty of spice to keep you challenged and engaged.

    Emily took a leap and became a Pilates instructor after realising the need for a lifestyle change. She found her passion for Pilates was always a constant. With a long history of practicing from home using DVDs and YouTube, Emily eventually transitioned to studio-based practice, where she truly thrives. Her classes blend both classic and contemporary Pilates styles, meticulously designed to engage the entire body with a focus on control, alignment, and precision. Each session is layered, allowing students to find the right level of challenge for themselves. Emily is deeply passionate about continually learning and growing in her role as a Pilates teacher. She values getting to know her students, sharing her love for movement, and promoting the mental and physical benefits Pilates offers.

    Jess brings a unique approach to Pilates, blending the precision and form of classical techniques with the intensity of dynamic, contemporary moves.

    Her goal is to make every minute of your workout count, helping you focus so deeply on your body that the experience becomes almost meditative. Expect a dynamic flow, slow burn, and plenty of fun—spiced up with her fiery energy and dance moves. Jess may be a little pocket rocket, but she’s all about empowering people through movement, helping them tap into their authentic strength and become the best version of themselves.
