  • Gyan : GiGi

    Studio owner, director & Clinical Pilates Teacher

    Gyan has always had a strong passion for movement, music & the body. Dancing from a young age at various dance schools such as Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance with a love for Ballet & commercial dance.

    During her studies, Gyan was in a bad car accident which led her towards a new career in Pilates. Due to the positive & life changing impact it had on her, this is what grew her desire & passion to help inspire others, whether it be an injury or those just looking to feel good & re-gain strength.

    With 10 years in the Pilates industry, plus a certificate in yoga, you can expect the whole package in Gyan’s classes. Her strong attention to detail shines through in her clear, precise and easy-to-follow cueing, ensuring every client feels supported, confident and aligned throughout their practice.

  • Taylor

    Pilates & Barre Teacher

    Taylor has a strong dance background in Musical Theatre, Jazz, Contemporary & Ballet & has further danced with companies such as Brent Street, Village PA & The Victorian College of the Arts.

    Her love for Pilates grew as her dance career suddenly stopped due to multiple injuries. It was this, she was introduced to the world of Pilates and has been hooked ever since.

    Taylor is also a qualified clinical naturopath and biomedical scientist specialising in reproductive health, mental health and sexual health.

    You can expect fun, dynamic movement and high energy in Taylor’s classes, all set to a killer playlist.

    Pilates Instructor

    Jess brings a unique approach to Pilates, blending the precision and form of classical techniques with the intensity of dynamic, contemporary moves.

    Her goal is to make every minute of your workout count, helping you focus so deeply on your body that the experience becomes almost meditative. Expect a dynamic flow, slow burn, and plenty of fun—spiced up with her fiery energy and dance moves. Jess may be a little pocket rocket, but she’s all about empowering people through movement, helping them tap into their authentic strength and become the best version of themselves.

    Elin

    Pilates Instructor

    Elin discovered Pilates after a knee injury and immediately fell in love with the practice at a small boutique studio. Since then, she has not found a better form of exercise. For Elin, Pilates is the ultimate superpower of controlled movement, where the mind and body unite. She enjoys the fun and creative aspects of the practice, as well as the way it enhances strength and overall well-being, enabling her to navigate life with a deeper awareness of her body and mind.

    In Elin’s classes, you can expect a spicy burn, progressive layers, and plenty of pulses, all designed to leave you with a happy smile at the end!

    Pilates Instructor

    Emily took a leap and became a Pilates instructor after realising the need for a lifestyle change. She found her passion for Pilates was always a constant. With a long history of practicing from home using DVDs and YouTube, Emily eventually transitioned to studio-based practice, where she truly thrives. Her classes blend both classic and contemporary Pilates styles, meticulously designed to engage the entire body with a focus on control, alignment, and precision. Each session is layered, allowing students to find the right level of challenge for themselves. Emily is deeply passionate about continually learning and growing in her role as a Pilates teacher. She values getting to know her students, sharing her love for movement, and promoting the mental and physical benefits Pilates offers.

  • Molly

    Molly has a strong dance background; however, a serious back injury redirected her career path toward injury recovery.

    After completing Pilates training in 2019, she went on to earn a double degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from Southern Cross University. Pilates has not only helped her manage chronic injury but has also fueled her passion for helping others recover, improve sports performance, and move with ease in daily life.

    Molly is dedicated to the mind-body connection, believing it is essential for both physical health and psychological well-being.

  • Jess

    Jess is a devoted Pilates enthusiast certified in both Reformer and Mat Pilates. She is passionate about the simplicity of foundational movements in Pilates, focusing on strength while emphasising the mind–body connection through physical movement and breathwork.

    Jess creates a challenging yet soothing environment, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere that allows participants to connect with themselves and their bodies to get the most out of their practice.

    Outside of the studio, you will find Jess at the beach, swimming, walking her dogs, and soaking up the beautiful sunshine and everything the Gold Coast has to offer.

    Pilates Instructor

    Movement has always been Taleesha’s love language. A dancer since childhood and now a qualified fitness and Pilates instructor, she’s all about blending strength, flow and good vibes.

    Currently studying Health Science with plans to move into Dietetics, Taleesha believes true health is about the whole picture — food, fitness and feeling good. Her ultimate goal is to help every client feel strong and confident, infusing each class with energy and passion.

    Taleesha’s teaching style is all about that steady burn and smooth flow. Think spicy glute sequences, seamless transitions, minimal spring changes and a rhythm that keeps you in the zone. She loves getting creative with her programming, so no two classes ever feel the same.

    Expect a full-body workout that leaves you feeling energised, challenged and accomplished.
