Your Personal Details

In order to provide all clients with a safe online experience, we use an electronic billing system called via MindBody Online (the online booking software we use). MindBody encodes your credit card and contact details to ensure their safe transfer and storage.

In fact, we cannot view your credit card details (we only get to see the last 4 digits of your credit card number).

We respect your privacy and personal information, and will never share any of your information with anyone else without your permission. We may use your email address to send out email newsletters and other announcements. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any time, you can opt-out of email contact by logging in to your Mindbody account (click on the link on the top right of this page). Enter your email and password then click through to “My Info” and edit your personal details to deselect the email option.

Your Medical Information

Medical information you share with your teacher in the context of a Pilates Session is confidential and will only be shared with other Studio Pace teachers as relevant for your safety and wellbeing (for example we may put a pop-up note in your profile to let all the instructors working with you know that you have a lower back injury, or that you are pregnant). These notes are not visible to the general public or other clients.

If you are working with us to rehabilitate an injury or medical condition, it may be useful for your teacher to communicate with other fitness, allied health or medical professionals who are treating you, or who have worked with you in the past (for example your teacher may consider it advisable to contact your osteopath, medical doctor, massage therapist or personal trainer to discuss your situation). In this case, we will always ask your permission.

Marketing Advertisement

At times, Studio Pace may run Google Ads and Facebook remarking campaigns. This will result in advertisements for Studio Pace appearing on the Google Display Network, Facebook and Instagram. During these periods anyone who visits our website will be added to the remarking list and potentially see Studio Pace ads when visiting other websites on the Google Display Network or Facebook and Instagram. This is achieved by Google making the use of Cookies stored in your internet browser files and a Facebook pixel installed on our website.

If you ever wish to opt-out of Google’s use of cookies you can do so by visiting their Ads Settings.
